We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, since we are a small business, we are unable to offer cash/credit refunds. All returns must be exchanged for store credit only. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchasing. Clothing and accessories must have original tags attached and will not be exchanged if worn, washed, or damaged. Loosely packaged products (such as bath bombs & shower steamers) are non-returnable. All other body products must be returned within the 10-day period with 85% of the product unused. Home items (such as pillows throws, textiles, wall hanging, etc) must be unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags. Candles must be unburned. All jewelry, hats, intimates, swimwear, & discount/sale items are final sale. Original receipt/packing slip/and-or return label must be provided in order to return items. It is Whiskey Moon's right to determine eligibility for returns and to modify our policy at any time.

 

* Store credit + Gift Cards are able to be used on MARKDOWNS + IN-STORE SALES, but are not able to be used on social media/online FLASH SALES that only last a short, specific period of time *

* Updated 9/2022: Please keep in mind we are a small business doing everything in-house from product design + label creation, to printing/decorating/tagging, & physically making, packing, & shipping the products.  We appreciate your patience if orders take a bit longer than shopping with Amazon & other larger retailers. We do our best to get out orders as soon as possible, but sometimes it may take longer due to high order volume and it currently being only two of us running the show. Your order will be shipped no longer than 7-10 business days in these situations. We are working on upping our staff to accommodate the busy season ahead for the holidays & these shipping times will be decreased*
